Another great game off the bench.

He is really making the most of his minutes. Lead the team in plus minus. Hit 5 threes off the bench

He is going to play himself into a decent contact either with Cavs or other team. Every team is looking for a bullseye 3 point shooter.

Sam is doing what they thought Jimmer would do lol. Salt lake media would be slobbering all over themselves and there would be all kinds of articles

Great job Sam keep it going

I doubt the SLC media even brings up Sam in their nightly news cast. I'm pretty sure they let everyone know about Jimmer winning the 3 v 3 championship.

If Jimmer played a pick up game against the Draper JV squad they'd do a 15 minute segment on it.

At much as I hate to admit it, Dave Fox at KUTV has been pretty good at talking about Sam's success the last week or two.

And the D News gave Sam a very nice write up when he had a great game against the Jazz. If your team wins and if you put up great numbers, the coverage will come.

Once these Jackwings see Utah State in person they start to understand. Fox was a total bust to start the football season and now he is becoming knowledgeable and a lot more tolerable.

I think Fox having an Aggie co-host really helps him, when he had the other guys in FB, they would talk about their schools instead of USU, like Wilkinson does.

I agree. It would be nice to have someone like Riley Jensen who has close contacts with all the local sports guys be the color for the football games. He is on 1280 a lot during the football season and bleeds Aggie Blue.

BTW, with the NBA app you can watch full game replays for $1 or $15 a month for full access. I've been cherry picking the games he lights it up.

Does anyone have a reliable link those "free" sports watching sites?

Yip. Dave Fox knows who he has a contract with, and he knows who his audience is. It's interesting how money can make someone like Dave more knowledgeable and tolerable.

Sam wearing shorts in the team photo when it's 27 degrees is pure USU Aggie. There should be a place on a CV or resume for that walk to class at 7:30 am in January with the wind whipping down the canyon.

Cavs had 20 made 3PT on 57 attempts. Sam was 4-6. Next highest percentage was 4-10 by several other players.

We all know that Sam has a quick shots, but Sam's last three was maybe the fastest I have ever seen. He was almost rising for the shot before it was even in his hands. Starts at the 3:30 mark of the following video

He’s improved a ton. He’s able to hit shots at really difficult angles and get the ball out his hands very fast.
