The only reason Wyoming has a lead is because they've scored more points than air force. Without that they'd be tied or losing.

Wyoming’s offense is better suited for Peas. Doesn’t require him to be a volume passer. I’d still take a healthy Bonner in our offense but glad Peas found a good fit. I was worried about him after that first game but he’s settled in nicely. Good for him.

Very glad Air Force starts conference with a loss.

Honestly, watching Peasley & Wyoming play tonight was just depressing.

They actually had more time of possession than Air Force.

AF was down 5 starters tonight due to injury. They also had 45ish players get sick this week so WYO caught them at the right time. THat being said WYO played really well. They defended the run game masterfully. Peasley is really coming into his own at WYO. WYO is turning into a perfect system for Peasley. He does not have to pass 40ish times a game since they have a good run game which is not really his strength. He only needs to throw in the 25 range and be more of a game manager. So far it has worked out really well for WYO.

Wyoming’s offense did enough to win. Their defense was impressive though holding the Flyboys to a couple hundred rushing yards below their average. They created a blueprint of how to shut them down. I hope Banda and his band study that film like crazy. Thing is Wyoming has the size in the trenches to push AF around.

Peasley is bipolar. He's had two decent games and two horrible games. Same as he did for us. His athleticism and ability have never been in question. His consistency is what makes him a bad fit for an offense like ours. He's throwing 5 yard outs all day over there in a very basic offense. The fact that people here are still pining for him is flabbergasting. He'd be 4th string here.

As opposed to our complex offense of 3 plays? I saw a lot more variety in WYO’s offense than whatever stupid thing USU runs.
