Any idea how Max did in the recently played “friendly” warm-up games? Box scores available for those?

We are all hoping for the best Aggie player. Next season, Shulga will still be one of the youngest players on the team.

I petitioned USU administration several times to have cameras installed in the HPER so I could watch Shulga's pickup games online, but the only reply was a cease-and-desist order from Logan PD.

I had a friend who was taking a present to his Nieces birthday party at Chuck E Cheese. The people at the door wouldn’t let him in because he was a single adult male.

Out of curiosity, I watched the last few minutes of regulation and then OT. He came up small down the stretch. He had three turnovers, 1-4 from the field with a couple of poor shots, 1-4 from the line, blown by on defense (with a couple of nice recoveries). I'm guessing he was really tired. I was hoping to see a bit more on the positive side from him. Ukraine lost. Max was clearly the focal point of the offense.

If we start going after every guy who comes up small on a Friday night we’re going to be here a while.

Curious what would you compare the level of competition?

I don’t think these teams would be overly competitive in the mw. Maybe low end d1?

In my opinion, a really good high school team or a lower D1 team level. Nothing astounding, but definitely not bad.

I'm then curious about which other Aggies had a good game and poor finish at an international tournament on Friday. I must have missed the other 13 or 14 guys I should have watched. I suspect you're more unhappy I didn't give a glowing review of cruch time performance, an issue that coincidentally was a frequent topic of conversation on the board last season.

Well, this is about as steep a decline from game to game as one could have. Ukraine played Spain today which was by far the most talented team they saw, so it was an overall 30 point blowout.
