The really odd twist is that the dude that we targeted in the transfer portal to replace him chose UNLV before Cam did.
Have we targeted a new corner?

I’m ready to put all my chips in on Ajani Carter.
This guy is turning into an Aggie legend. Recruited as a WR. Converted to Safety. Converted now to CB. Guy is just a gamer with an amazing attitude. Watch him on kick offs or on defense. Then watch him wrestle some sheep on the weekend.
AJ is quickly developing into one of my favorite Aggies all time.

Strangely enough Gary offered him in high school.

I don't believe there is any relation to the Dad (Carl Winslow) from Family Matters.

I there any rule that keeps these guys from entering the rodeo in August?

If we want to win a national championship 😉, we are gonna need to find someone to guard this guy.

Slightly off topic but kind of annoying. Why are Washington state and Oregon state ranked so much higher than us next year? Not to mention cal and Arizona (they were terrible last year). They have us ranked at 80.

As an Aggie fan, I've learned to ignore those types of rankings. Let them have their hype. I want to have real hype during the season when we beat all of those teams.

If you look just at the MW rankings you can tell they aren’t paying attention to their own rankings.
1. Boyzee (29)
2. San Diego St. (39)
3. Air Force (59)
4. Fresno (44)
5. USU (80)
6. Nevada (81)
7. CSU (83)
8. Wyoming (88)
9. San Jose (93)
10. Hawaii (99)
11. UNLV (106)
12. New Mexico (121)

Hawaii is the mother of all dumpster fires. If anyone was paying attention, they are last. Having Nevada over CSU is also questionable. CSU took a bunch of Nevada starters with most of their coaching staff. Boise gets credit for their history coming in at 1. Their PAC-12 rankings are just as bad.

Nevada got ransacked from Norvell with all the transfers. Having them ranked at 81 seems way too high.

Looks like they got New Mexico right at least.
