Re: New commit
should i be worried because "101% committed" is (still more than theoretically possible, yet...) something less than the usual 110% used in sports hyperbole?
great get...I'm liking the direction this recruiting class is going already... welcome to the family Cahlede!!

Re: New commit
This is a great pull and Banda doing exactly what you would hope.
Chamminade Madonna is a really good HS Football program. They produce a bunch of FBS guys every year. I think they have 5 alums on Miami's roster right now not to mention other P5 and FBS programs.
I have said it a bunch of times, but this staff will absolutely excel at recruiting. Identifying and developing talent are TBD, but their ability as a staff to get guys interested in USU and sell the school will probably be the best we have ever had.

Re: New commit
I like all commits, but I particularly like commits in the trenches. It's where games are won and lost.

Re: New commit
22, do you see him lining up over the ball or playing more 3 technique? Will be curious to see what they do with him from a S&C standpoint as he's a bit short... either put lbs on him to play over the ball or get him stronger and lean to play 3-tech...3rdGenAggie wrote: ↑March 22nd, 2021, 7:15 pmI like all commits, but I particularly like commits in the trenches. Re: New commit
Man.... Is it just me or have we had a bunch of guys from Hollywood?
This staff is really making Gary 2.0 and Wells look a bit silly.
Logan, so hard to recruit blah blah blah......
Hard to recruit Logan when you aren't.... recruiting.

Re: New commit
These boys haven't taken visits yet... committments this early are still placeholders. Doubt most of these kids fully shut down recruiting and won't take officials elsewhere if offered. That being said it is momentum and verbals beget more momentum.

Re: New commit
I think Cahlede will likely be a classic 3 technique. Unless he hits a growth spurt.cbingham wrote: ↑March 22nd, 2021, 8:57 pm22, do you see him lining up over the ball or playing more 3 technique?
