As I have said a lot of these guys will not be stepping up in competition when transferring like they might hope. Too many transfers and not enough open spots.

I think it's too bad some of these guys decided to hit the portal prior to knowing who the new coach would be.

There is nothing wrong with San Marcos. It is a nice area with San Antonio and Austin are within 40 min. Canyon Lake is incredible that is 20 min away... There is nothing wrong there. Texas State is growing fast. I am sure they have doubled enrollement in the last 20 years.
