Even ONE receiver as good as Hunter Sharp can make a big difference. Think our offense when we had him compared to the first two games that year when he was suspended.

There is a QB very interested in USU that would be the highest-rated player in USU history by a LONG way. Who we hire as head coach and OC is a big deal in this case.

I am guessing this supposed transfer QB is somehow linked to one of the head coaching candidates, either as a current player on a team the coach is with, or through past recruitment efforts. Just a guess, but look through the coaching candidates, and look at which highly rated QBs they are or have been connected with to get an idea.

These are the top QBs in the transfer portal right now. I doubt any of these guys are it though.

He’s playing right now just because Penix is injured. They’re the same class and he’s firmly entrenched behind him long-term.

He also went to high school with Quinton Hadnot and Justus Te’i, played with Nick Heninger at Utah, and follows master recruiter Stacy Collins on Twitter. Just sayin...

Except that Tuttle is a Jr right now and 22 said that this player has 3 to play 3. Wouldn't that eliminate him?

He is listed as a redshirt sophomore.

Taulia Tagavailoa. Sophomore with three to play. Poly so Frank as has coach would be positive but needs an OC. Definitely his on the wow i didn't expect that factor. I feel Frank may have a greatest strength in recruiting and that can go a long way to cover up imperfect coaching.
