I watched the second half of the byu game. They were pretty awful, but USC is probably a step above VCU and South Dakota State.

I'll go out on a limb and say we beat them in a close one 67-64. This is a game I really wish we had a rowdy spectrum. This isn't a good byu team and they really struggled to shoot the ball. 10,000 at the Spectrum booing them for 40 minutes would have been a real plus.

There is something about BYU getting into our heads. Recall some years ago Coach Larry Eustacy wept and whaled for weeks about how tough it was to play BYU in Provo. Sure enough, BYU won the game, their only win that season.

That was the first BYU/USU basketball game I ever attended. What a crappy night.
