I half suspect that by Wednesday the field might be USU, Northern Iowa, South Dakota, Western Kentucky, North Dakota, South Dakota State, North Dakota State, and U. of Manitoba.

Nobody here knows anything.

Could be a Bison vs Bison Final. Image The loser has to change their name (NDSU and UofM).
Reminds me of growing up watching the CFL and couldn’t figure out why a 9 team league had two teams named the Rough Riders.

That’s a dang good bracket. I know there aren’t many p5. But a lot of these schools are better than a lot of p5 schools right now.

So we beat the shockers and we play the winner of WV and the Jackrabbits?

The timing for that semi final game on thanksgiving is not ideal. Right during lunch.

Would you rather have it during the football game?

I know which one I’d prefer to watch. I’m just saying I’m not available at that time and so if we play that game I’ll be disappointed.

Playing WVU in basketball is kind of like playing Air Force in football, it's helpful to have some preparation. They run some things that you won't likely see in many other matchups.

That will be an awesome statement win. WV is picked to finish 3rd in the Big12 and their fans think they have a chance to challenge for the championship this year.

Sounds like you get tested when you arrive. If anyone on the traveling team has it you are disqualified. Wichita had a few cases. This thing is so wide spread it is going to be difficult to play games.

Reading a bit more. It sounds like you are tested when you arrive. If anyone has it on the traveling party you are out. Then you basically do a bubble for next few days. No going out etc. I’d assume since we are getting their this evening we will find out tomorrow morning if we play.

You’d hope. But and I don’t know how accurate these are, but I’ve heard stories of people saying they test negative and then same day tests positive. Just some inaccuracy on the tests. Again don’t know how accurate that it is, but it is 2020. Anything can happen.

They did test before leaving. And you're correct, they test upon arrival as well and then live in a bit of a mini-bubble once there. One positive test in your party and the entire team goes straight home, no questions asked.

At what point do we say this is not worth it? I'm not one of those that say only play conference games, but maybe we only play non conference within driving distance. UVU, BYU, Weber, Utah, Idaho St... Who am I missing?

I think it’s just because that game is cancelled and we play VCU now. Possible they don’t want to update and cancel again so Are waiting for confirmation.

Senior Guard from Mayer, MN
Scored almost 400 points last year over 12/game, I think he started every game and was 45% on 3 pointers
I think he scored almost 40 in one game
This will hurt NI against WKU

So recent articles show our non-conf schedule as follows:

Nov 25-27: Bad Boy Classic (3 games)
Dec 5: BYU
Dec 8: TBA (still looking)
Dec 12: @ Weber State
Dec 15: Dixie State

Then on Dec 21 we start conference play by hosting San Jose State.

To be honest I would like to get a game in on Dec 1st or 2nd in addition to the Dec 8th game. Maybe against a lesser opponent. I think another game would help us prepare for BYU more than having 8 days off. I really want to beat them this year.
