Is this a good move for him? Is he a first or second rounder?

I have no idea. He is a really good player but there are lots of really good players in the draft. I am rooting for him but players come and go.

This does open up a scholarship so we will see what Alford can do.

Big blow for Nevada. I like his game. Very athletic guy who can score

It is a blow no doubt but maybe not entirely a surprise. Alford brought in a bunch of guards for just this possibility. Cambridge will pick up some of the scoring. The bigs will be more involved in the offense. Alford has been ;ooking toward the long term and he is a good developer of players.

With Harris' departure K.J. Hymes is the only Muss recruit left. That is some major turnover in just 1 year.

Alford is a heck of coach and will have the Nevada program running right where he was used to having the New Mexico program. And that's what I'm rooting for. We need a stronger conference.
