Do the Aggies control thier own destiny?

Post by GUS » February 6th, 2020, 4:05 pm

As far as second place in the conference standings? Boise and CSU are ahead of us and we play them both. We currently have one more loss than either of them. Not sure how the tie breaker would be determined.

With CSU yes if wecwin out. With boise if we beat them we are tied But if they won out the rest of the year past this Saturday, they would have the tiebreaker since they would have beaten San Diego State so they would own the tiebreaker against us.

We are officially on the ESPN bubble! At least it shows we have a shot! If we can win out the rest of the regular season, I think we are in, assuming we can win 1 game in the conference tourney. It would be better to make the conference championship game vs an undefeated SDSU team if we were to lose in the tourney though.

I should have mentioned both Boise and CSU have to still play SDSU. I assume both will lose that game.
