The 09-10 team at the beginning of conference season got similarly humiliated down at Louisiana Tech, being down by 37 at one point in that game. And that was when we had everyone available who we would have that season, as opposed to being down a couple key guys with injuries.

Sounds like he can't decide between the left and right nut.

You don't have to go back that far. Nevada kicked our butts last season in the first meeting. Hopefully this provides a similar wake up call.GameFAQSAggie wrote: ↑January 2nd, 2020, 5:35 pmThe 09-10 team at the beginning of conference season got similarly humiliated down at Louisiana Tech, being down by 37 at one point in that game. But Nevada was also like undefeated at that time and ranked top 15. UNLV was ranked lower than 200 and was 6-8. I understand they had some close losses and are probably better than their record, but the loss to UNLV was much more unacceptable than the loss at Nevada last year. Nevada has 2 guys who are playing in the NBA this year (Martin twins) and one in the G-League (Caroline).dirtnsnow wrote: ↑January 3rd, 2020, 8:36 amYou don't have to go back that far. A good analog to this is Nevada’s blowout loss to New Mexico last year at the Pit. They still ended up with a 7 seed.
We just need to beat SDSU once and avoid another loss like this and we will be fine, especially if Florida and LSU do well in SEC play.

I imagine the shots will fall more in the spectrum. A win tonight would erase the bad taste from vegas.

Is there like a pickup game tonight? I'm going to the San Diego State game tomorrow.Aggie formerly in Hawaii wrote: ↑January 3rd, 2020, 9:25 amI imagine the shots will fall more in the spectrum. A win tonight would erase the bad taste from vegas.

I like this post much more than your last post! Keep it up!

If someone told us that Queta would have played 3 games by this point in the season, I think that most of us would have gladly taken the record and wins that we have.
The team will turn it around and get some great wins. If Queta does play again and can get to full strength, we have a good shot at winning the conference. If not, a championship is probably not going to happen, but could any of us have legitimately hoped for that without him?
