Unscientific poll on where Aggies live

Post by BigBlueDart » December 11th, 2019, 4:17 pm

Relative to discussions in other threads, I thought I'd run this unscientific poll with the board members. I'm pretty sure we've done something like this before, but it has been awhile. People move. New members join the board. I'm interested to see this again.

I'd be really interested to see a breakdown of where season ticket holders live. And a breakdown of how many dollars come from donors in each location might be pretty informative, too.

I am a Davis county person. I have 2 club season tickets and bring my 4 year-old son to games.

I too am curious particularly how many Wasatch Front Aggies go to games but do not have season tickets.

I live in Provo. I don't have season tickets but attend probably half of the football games each year. I also have a 1/3 season split for basketball that I attend and occasionally buy an extra game or 2. I also try to attend road and postseason games whenever possible.

West Jordan, UT - Have season football (the 5 tix family pass) and try to catch as many of the Saturday BBall games I can. Recently found out about the BBall vouchers which are awesome and will get us to more games for sure.

I live in Utah County and have football season tickets. We typically go to every home football game and one road game a year (didn't get to a road game this year though).

For basketball, we attend 6 to 8 home games (usually purchase a mini-plan) and any other games within the state.

I don't have season tickets, but I went to ~3 games a year from Jamaica and ~2 from Korea. Haven't made it to a bowl game in a while though.

Pullman, WA

I have only made it to about 1 game a year since moving to Pullman. I will definitely try and make it to to the WSU vs USU games in 2020 and 2021. I am also really, really hoping that we get to the NCAA tournament and play in Spokane.

We share a west side suite with others, and I also help other Aggies purchase season tickets via my donations. We have 4 bball season tickets as well. Love those Aggies!

Originally I'm from Lewiston, but I live just over the state line because it's a little cheaper. I have two season tickets seats for football and basketball. I'm guessing I've donated between 500 and 700 between the scholarship fund and Merlin Olsen fund this year.

Weber county, I have 2 season tickets on east side, and I buy 2-3 general admission season tickets and give them away to clients and children to encourage more people get involved. I considered the west side, but prefer to spend the extra money on extra tickets to attract some new fans.

Sandy Utah but maintain a home in Logan with intentions to return soon enough. Season ticket holder beginning in 1980 and also a live witness to the Weber State debacle in the windy/freezing cold at Romney Stadium when we lost to the Wildcats. I salute all AGGIE fans, casual or otherwise.

Currently in Virginia. When I've lived in Utah I go to several games a year. Didn't make it to any football games this past year, but look forward to seeing the basketball game against Florida on the 21st!

Western WA the last 20 years. Make it to one football game a year. UW and WSU games will be there. Basketball is less than that, but made it to 2 bowl games and 3 ncaa games. If ever back to Utah, season tickets baby.
