Some not-so-delicious drama from down south

Post by trombone_ninja » September 17th, 2019, 7:32 pm

Real Salt Lake having some off-the-field drama that just won’t go away

https://www.sltrib.com/sports/2019/09/1 ... oach-mike/

Here’s the full text of the lawsuit. The most entertaining part is how a cat running onto the field during one of their games is a major detail. Can’t make this stuff up

Will respond whenever you ask what the band is doing

I don't have much respect for the way Hansen does business. I wish him nothing but trouble.

Whatcha got against D-Money? He is an Aggie after all! I've only heard him say good things about us too!

Would be nice to have a DeLoy Hansen Student Center or something, then.

I have always had positive interactions with DeLoy Hansen, and I know he contributes quite a bit to the university in the form of scholarships.

He uses a lot of strong-arm, back-door strategies in his real-estate business. I don't have any proof because no one wants to publicly discuss it for fear of professional retribution. But I've heard enough to form a personal opinion that he's not a man of integrity.

Is he the guy that is building down by the river in Logan? If so my sisters-in-law dealt with him and he tried low balling them pretty hard on their house. They paid like $200k for it and he offered them $40k.

Did they accept the low-ball offer? Did he lie or steal? I'm confused what he did that was so very awful.

I didn't say he didn't anything awful. The did not take the offer, so the foreman just said that they didn't need the property and were just going to build a parking structure right by them.

Now it's a waiting game!

Gotcha. Let's pray their property value isn't lessened. Time for a spite wall?

Last I heard, they have a pact with their neighbors that neither will sell unless it's at 300k. We'll see if they get that, but I think the majority of the street sold for the low ball offer. Which I don't understand how you can afford to do that. Logan isn't that cheap anymore.

His parents were high quality people. He is not so much (my opinion) but I got blasted by letting my opinion know a few years later ago.

His company is also building several structures on what used to be a gravel pit east of Aggie Village on 12th east.

I haven't watched an RSL in a few years. This coach seems loco. I used to be an avid watcher even though US is horrible.
