Motion to change basketball forum name.

I love Stew and everything he did for the school but I feel it’s time for the forum to be known as the Smith Spectrum
1. Coach Smith now has the reigns
2. It’s called the Dee Glen Smith spectrum.
Works on multiple fronts.

Just a thought.

This has been asked before. I'm pretty sure the consensus was that Coach Smith needs to prove himself more than one season to receive such and honor. I concur.

This has come up a few times and when the site first started both forums were named after current coaches. When Gary bolted to Wisconsin it was decided to name the forums after Aggie legends. Other names were considered including Wayne Estes but Stew eventually won out. I really hope that Coach Smith stays long enough to get his name on the forum but for now it will continue to be Stew.

This matter came before the board on tysteve20’s Motion to Change Basketball Forum Name (the “Motion”). Argument in favor of the Motion was presented by tysteve20. Argument against the Motion was presented by everyone else.
