Re: FIRE FLINK
He is truly terrible. I could be interim coach for the rest the year and do a better job. And I’d do it for free!

Re: FIRE FLINK
Late in the game YBU got two free throws then called a timeout after the time out the ref's sent ybu back to the line for two more free throws, Fink and his staff said nothing this resulted in a one point lead for the cougars in a game that went into overtime. That is not acceptable from a paid staff.

Re: FIRE FLINK
I do not know what the official scorekeeper can do when that happened if he can stop play or not, but we have 4 paid coach's that did nothing. Perhaps the biggest screw up I have seen

Re: FIRE FLINK
The book is the other official. If they realized the mistake they can correct, but once it happens and time/plays/more scores have happened they can't do anything about it. I think if the people doing the book realized it, they can stop the game at that time and talk it over with the refs. The coach should have noticed it, or someone should have, but definitely the book should have.

As a coach it is your job to have enough awareness to ask the ref what is going on. Sure the refs are going to be held accountable, but if you're coaching a college team you've gotta be aware.
