Re: New start time for Saturday
It was originally announced by USU as starting at 7 but UVU has had it listed at 4 for quite a while. I asked on Twitter for a clarification but it went unresponded to. Glad to see that it's confirmed now. Hopefully there are lot's of Aggie fans in Orem. It is not going to be an easy win.

Re: New start time for Saturday
I just hope they play well. This is the only game I get to attend this year. The one good thing about it starting early is that I can get back to SLC and eat at Rodizio Grill. There is nothing like that in Alaska!

There is also a Rodizio in American Fork. I don't know if you've ever had Tucanos but I like it slightly better than Rodizio. It's in Provo and there is another one at the Gateway in Salt Lake.99577Ag wrote:I just hope they play well. This is the only game I get to attend this year. Re: New start time for Saturday
I know the HURD was given 500 tickets that they are giving to students for free. So hopefully we get a solid support from them on the road.ProvoAggie wrote:It was originally announced by USU as starting at 7 but UVU has had it listed at 4 for quite a while. Re: New start time for Saturday
Glad I saw this thread! I was just assuming it was at 7, but will be ready for the 4 pm tip off. Any idea how long their will-call lines get? Like should we be there an hour early?

Re: New start time for Saturday
There isn't a USU section for the game. They sell tickets online now and it appears that several sections are already sold out. $5 for General Admission, $8 for Reserved. This isn't like UVU of old where no one shows up. They had over 6000 to their home opener and there is a chance that this game sells out.AggieMan5 wrote:Do they sell tickets for the USU section at the stadium?

They also have a big banner on campus advertising this game. It's been up for a while.Socrates2121 wrote:Winning will do that...ProvoAggie wrote:There isn't a USU section for the game. Re: New start time for Saturday
Interesting thanks for the heads up. I remember in years past Aggie fans all seemed to be in the same area.ProvoAggie wrote:There isn't a USU section for the game. Re: New start time for Saturday
I second Provo that Tucano's is superior to Rodizio. The Brazilian Lemonade is better at Tucano's, as are those cheese rolls whatever they're called. The fried bananas might be a little better at Rodizio, but overall, I prefer Tucano's and it is only about a 10 minute drive from the arena.99577Ag wrote:I'm always up for a new restaurant. Re: New start time for Saturday
It's gonna be a blood thirsty crowd this year and we'll have to play our best game to date to have a chance.

UVU has a lot of momentum and their fans are starting to catch on. Happy for them.hipsterdoofus21 wrote:It's gonna be a blood thirsty crowd this year and we'll have to play our best game to date to have a chance.

UVU took Utah to the wire in SLC tonight. Lost 87-80. UVU's big man Nielson is dominant. 28 points and 15 boards - I would expect him to do the same thing to us.

Why is it so hard for us to have a dominant big man like that?AggieMan5 wrote:UVU took Utah to the wire in SLC tonight. Lost 87-80. UVU's big man Nielson is dominant. 28 points and 15 boards - I would expect him to do the same thing to us.

Hate to disappoint, but I am about 90% certain the Logan rodizio is closed.
