Is Rosa's Cantina still there?
Yeah, but now there's just an old skank that's a permanent fixture in front of the no longer operating jukebox and some derelict keeps going on and on about shooting some insane gringo like fifty years ago ... and nobody goes there anymore.

You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

Wazzu’s dream of competing like they were when riding the coat tails of the PAC-12 other institutions is crashing hard. Stanford poached their basketball coach and Washington just took their AD. Welcome to life at the Mountain West level.

Still, would you not accept OSU and WSU as additions to the MWC if they were willing?

I would. And I would look around the Western United States and see who else makes sense that would make the jump and who would strengthen the conference.

If we're gonna grab Gonzaga, we might as well grab GCU. Two weird-(I can't express myself without swearing) schools with a boatload of cash.

They are in the footprint, and it would complete the map of the western US since Arizona is always missing. :puke:

Ew, we should never give GCU the time of day. Terrible for-profit “Christian” commuter school. Absolutely not. Never.

Agreed. The stench of Bougartude is palpable even this far away.
