Are players allowed to walk with the ball on an in bounds play? I know on a made basket one gets the whole baseline, and I thought any other time it's travelling rules. This play the guy takes 2 steps and a shuffle before throwing the ball in -He moves about 4 feet.

I noticed this in a game the other night too, but I can't remember which game it was

I see what you mean but it's all in stride. He keeps his pivot. That ending is crazier than the OP
