Go to the Sandbox for the real fun on this subject (or don't).

Thankfully I can't since I asked the Mods to block it for me! Yay. Life is much better.

The sandbox is the most damaging thing that ever happened to my feelings towards USU and Aggie sports. I also had it blocked.

I feel the same about its necessity.QuackAttackAggie wrote: ↑January 12th, 2023, 8:26 pmThe sandbox is the most damaging thing that ever happened to my feelings towards USU and Aggie sports. I also had it blocked.
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

How does one go about getting the sandbox blocked? Mods, I'm interested.
Just as junky as reddit comments, twitter comments, newspaper article comments, etc.

I'm genuinely curious why someone would have to block the sandbox. I don't think I've ever visited. Are people somehow being inadvertently directed over there?

Easier fix: don't click on the link The Sandbox918AGG wrote: ↑January 13th, 2023, 5:06 pmPerfect! Thank you!Zaggie07 wrote: ↑January 13th, 2023, 4:29 pmviewtopic.php?f=17&t=50673&p=597057&hil ... up#p597057

If you use Tapatalk on a phone and go to Unread it shows unread stuff from all forums that you have access to. For people that are accessing the site on mobile like that the only way to avoid the Sandbox is to block it.

Re: NAR: AFA Offensive Lineman Dies Suddenly
I typically don't. I've been sucked in once before (by a thread misplaced in a sports forum and tailor made for me to click on; i.e., a topic that I actually know a lot about, unlike almost all other topics).OKAggie wrote: ↑January 16th, 2023, 10:10 amEasier fix: don't click on the link The Sandbox918AGG wrote: ↑January 13th, 2023, 5:06 pmPerfect! Best practice is to close any potential loopholes and join an official anti-The Sandbox group. If you're not super vocally and transparently with us (according only to us), you're against us! You must love The Sandbox.

Re: NAR: AFA Offensive Lineman Dies Suddenly
1. I don't know that I have ever gone to the sandbox.
2. The most important things in life have nothing to do with politics.
3. I know that some of you guys won't agree with my politics, but I like you and your takes on USU and Aggie athletics. I wouldn't want anything to spoil that.
4. Young athletes have, fortunately infrequently, been dropping over dead for years, long before any... uh... current events. Some of you may remember Danny Berger. Cardiac arrest with no apparent cause, even after a thorough evaluation in the CCU at the University of Utah. Sometimes there is an apparent cause, like commotio cordis in the case of Damar Hamlin. Sometimes it's previously unsuspected hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, or anomalous origin of a coronary artery. Sometimes it's just bad luck. In any case, it's tragic. It does highlight the need for team trainers to have a defibrillator immediately at hand, and to be current in BLS. That's what saved Danny Berger.

I envy you for not going to the sandbox. I went once and now I’m like one of those guys from Pirates of the Caribbean who is slowly growing to be part of the ship.LKGates wrote: ↑January 23rd, 2023, 7:03 pm1. I don't know that I have ever gone to the sandbox.
