Vivid seats

Has anyone used vivid seats to buy tickets? I just had a terrible experience and I'm wondering if y'all have had the same experience?

I’ve used them a few times. They’re been similar to most of the secondary market places.

I used seat geek at the UNLV game last year and it was an absolute mess.

I've used them probably 8-10 times. I haven't had a terrible experience but I've had a couple hiccups. Always ultimately got in ok.

Ticketmaster has always been good to be. I even got the ticket insurance to an event once, couldn't go, and the insurance actually worked and refunded within a few weeks

We used Stubhub for the Vegas game last year and had no trouble.

I've yet to have any trouble with Ticketmaster, Vivid, or Stubhub. Although for the UConn game, I saw some dirt cheap tickets on one site within the first few rows on the west side. The price seemed too good to be true so I didn't take the chance. I ended up going directly through the ticket office since the price difference with third-party sites was negligible.

StubHub is the most reliable. Never had an issue getting tickets with them. On the flip side their fees are pretty ridiculous

Same bad experience at the UNLV game last year. I go the the box office online now, I think the use Ticketmaster and the fees are a lot less. That goes for Raider tickets too.
