Utahs going to the rose now either way, right? Go Trojans. Utah has successfully surpassed BYU on my most hated teams list over the past decade.

They will not go to the Rose Bowl after they lose.

Screw them for trying to shut us down completely 100 years ago, and when that didn't work, they lobbied (successfully) to turn us basically a teacher's college in violation of our charter. We've scraped and scratched to recover to the extent you see today. As much as I despise the stench, they never did anything remotely that awful.

This has turned into a game. It made me feel better to watch Utah’s TE drop a TD pass in the end zone too.

Well who gets in now. Alabama or Ohio State? I don't think either should but one of then will.

I think so too. I bet USC gets a kickback for throwing the game to help their soon to be conference mates get two teams into the playoff.

The Utah/Oregon game was on the TV in the west suite building at Maverick stadium when we were playing San Jose.
That was annoying.
More annoying was hearing someone, somewhere in the building cheering when Utah made a good play.

It should be Ohio State. But I can see Alabama because well it's Alabama.

Looks like both OSU and Alabama are backing in to the playoffs. If Michigan and Georgia can pull off wins, we’ll get a semi-finals of Georgia v Alabama and…Michigan v Ohio State. Tell me again why the playoffs are supposed to be interesting.

Makes it super easy for me to do something different.

It's absolutely stupid that teams are being punished for losing in their conference championship game while others are going to be rewarded for not even being good enough to make it into theirs. The new setup with the top 6 ranked Conference Champs is a HUGE upgrade. Utah and K-State would have both just played themselves into the playoff instead of knocking their conference out of contention. With the current setup I wish they'd go top 4 ranked Conference Champions but they wont.

College football is broken. Nobody can come close to recruiting at ohio state, Alabama or Georgia…….and this is the result……every year.
