I know people have asked on here in the past what a contract for an Athletic Director looks like...and here is the answer.

I was told he was due a retention bonus on July 1 that he did not plan to defer or forego. I haven’t been able to read the K but is that in there?
Wonder if he got the payment. I think it was going to a Deferred comp plan

It's in there.
4: Director will receive a retention bonus of $125,000 upon completion of full-service employment payable through accumulations in an IRC-457(f) plan, with substantial risk of forfeiture, should Director fail to complete employment through June 30, 2020.
