Support Small Business

Post by bpd » March 21st, 2020, 1:02 pm

In these tough times, if you can, support small businesses do so. I don't live in Utah but I called up yesterday and ordered a Back to Back shirt from Locker 42 for a mere $12.

I would order a couple, but I'd like to see what they look like first and they don't appear to have them on their website. Does anyone have a pic?

Their website sucks. I saw a couple pics on their Facebook page, but it quickly disappeared. They have a short sleeve and a long sleeve that are blue. They also have gray championship shirts, but not back to back, in both short and long sleeve.

I keep visiting the site every few months hopping they’ve updated it.

They never do.

I don't think Locker 42 really cares if they put out a good product on the internet or not. When it comes to Aggie gear, they know they nearly have the market cornered.

I found these pictures floating around. When I was there, they had short or long sleeve options of both.

I really don’t understand why they don’t have a current website with their products.

Refer to my post above. Honestly, I don't think they really care.

The question is why? Why don't they want to take my money ?

It makes no sense.

I feel awful for the Japanese immigrant guy in draper with the little teriyaki restaurant with no drive through. He tried to stay open for a couple of weeks, but it was just too dang hard for people to negotiate his place with no walkin possible. People just stopped coming. I went there twice in two weeks to support him, but he had to shutter the place.

Good chance he never reopens.

You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

That sucks.. when this started I turned to my wife and said "well we can anticipate losing about 1/3 of the restaurants in town. Our city relied on tourism, our restaurants where busting at the seems ever weekend in our old town, we kind of had a Park City scene sans the snow, it was great. Now the place is a ghost town because no one who lives here is making a special trip to old town to buy expensive tourist food. Sucks.
