Re: Where's Harvey?
It does not. Only the Head Coach who must be a temple recommend holder if I remember correctly.Real Life Aggie wrote: ↑March 20th, 2020, 1:38 pmhttps://www.ksl.com/article/46732240/th ... acks-coach

Not sure if you are joking or not, but the answer is yes. Every student and faculty, be they members of the church or not, agrees to live by the honor code. You are right about head coaches, but the others have standards as well.aggies22 wrote: ↑March 20th, 2020, 3:12 pmIt does not. Living the honor code doesn't mean a person has to convert, just live in the what BYU says the should.
Some violate it I am sure, but this is what is written.

He was publicly shamed and dismissed from the team for impregnating his girlfriend when he played there. Typical BYU garbage.

Re: Where's Harvey?
Back in 2008, when I got married to a hot girl I met at Old Farm Apartments, we went to Hawaii on our honey moon. One of our first days we stopped at a fruit stand on Oahu. The ultra friendly Polynesian at the stand found out it was our honeymoon and gave us loads of free fruit along with a wooden hand-carved statute of the God of war. (appropriate newly wed gift IMO)
Anyways, he was Harvey Unga's uncle and he was very proud of Harvey's football career. He gave us free fruit for days. I gave him a wad of cash on our last day.
Uncle Unga is a saint in my books.

Re: Where's Harvey?
Oh gotcha, I remember now. That's a helluva callback. Glad we're not judged on all the stupid (I can't express myself without swearing) we did when we were 18-25 years old. It would be real cougar-ish to do something like that.
Go Aggies!

Re: Where's Harvey?
Nope. Not joking. I didn't know it applied to assistant coaches as well. I thought I had read once that it didn't. Thanks for the info my Aggie brother!NowhereLandAggie wrote: ↑March 20th, 2020, 7:29 pmNot sure if you are joking or not, but the answer is yes. Re: Where's Harvey?
It applies to everyone. Even the ROTC commander got nailed for having a cup of Joe. I can’t fathom why someone that was treated like that would go back there.
