Way to save at least one sports season
Since there seems to have been more than a 2 handfuls of NBA players who have COVID-19, they should actually have those players play against each other once they have recovered.
Just think about it, it would basically be televised pick-up games with dunk contests, games of horse, 3PT contest, etc. They would be virtually the only sports game in town and could charge asinine quantities of money for advertising.
Thoughts?

I would love to see a pickup game of Rudy Gobert and Donovan Mitchell vs Christian Wood and Kevin Durant! They could televise it on ESPN because there is nothing else to show except talk shows.
Then you could split up the remaining 3 Nets players as subs. 1 for Mitchell's team and 2 for Durant's team because Durant is not 100% yet so he may need subbed out more.

I am so sports-starved, I watched several of those for more than 10 minutes.
