Who are you guys rooting for?

Part of me wants BYU to be as good as possible when we play them, but then part of me does not care and wants to see them get demolished every game. But , again, I want our strength of schedule to be as good as possible.

I bet I know who ineptimusprime is cheering for....

Kansas and I hope they blow them out.

I hope BYU loses by 30 every game. BYU has a really solid team and will be especially solid once child's comes back that will be a very very tough game on a neutral Court.

KU Mizzou is one of the greatest rivalries in sports.

You've got Habs/Bruins in Hockey
You've got Lakers/Celtics in hoops
You've got Ohio State/ Michigan in College Football
And sure you've got UNC/Duke...

but KU/Mizzou is vicious. It's a completely different level. The history behind it is one of the early tremors/causes of the Civil War. It needed to happen. Disappointed Mizzou it's been so long.

Yes I was aware, I work with a bunch of alums from both schools. I’d say though where they haven’t played it may have cooled a bit. Excited to see it when they play again.

Kansas is having issues with BYU so far...

Every time I see that ugly haws kid, I want to see someone knock him to the floor. Very hateable.

I love this thread. I want Kansas to destroy BYU in a humiliating and staggering fashion. If BYU wins and I have to see 30 GD articles on KSL about how amazing BYU is, I might shoot myself.

I legibly thought some people may be rooting for the cougars because they want our strength of schedule to be as good as possible and possibly have a Q1 or Q2 win or loss depending on the outcome in a few weeks. I guess I should have realized about 95% of the board hates YBU with a passion, including me.

I think that way with our conference mates, like New Mexico today. But I just can’t do it for BYU or Utah.

I don't like BYU going to the NCAA Tournament, but once they lose enough games for that to be out of the cards, then they can win to make us look better.

Of course! It is the “Rock Chalk” chant that has been around for many years:

Roooooooooocccckkkk Challlllllllllk, Jaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyhaaaaaawwwwwwkkkkk, KUuuuuuuu.

It is a pre and post game tradition at Allen Fieldhouse. It’s basically used at the same times USU does the “I believe” and “winning team” chants.

I'm happy with how the game ended. Now I only have to see half a dozen articles on KSL of zoobies knob-slobbering about how great they were to have blah blah blah, with misleading titles. Titles like, "Second-half run helps No. 4 Kansas pull away from BYU", as if they only won because they had a fortuitous stretch of greatness in the second half and stole the game away from the rightful winners.

Obligatory comment about TJ Haws looking like a 40 year old tool bag.

I think Haws looks like a little kid, big head, skinny arms, etc. That ball is huge in his tiny little hands.
