Sky View's coaching staff didn't want to put in the effort to find a 10th game. So unlike 97% of the state of Utah, Sky View takes this weekend off.

I don't think they make it out of the first round of the playoffs.

Sumner-Fredericksburg Cougars beat 1-win North Butler Bearcats 42-0, then waited for results to come in from across the state. Started the night at #18 in the RPI, and since they couldn't win the District for the auto-bid, they needed help to pass a couple teams to get a playoff spot.

Next Friday night, they play at Van Meter Bulldogs. Who's a big enough baseball fan to know about Van Meter, IA?

Rio Vista High won at Golden Sierra 43-13. The rams are now 8-1 on the year with one remaining home league game against Vacaville Christian on Friday. After that, we'll have some playoff action.
