Will they reconsider Russia in 2018 or Qatar 2022?
I doubt they could get someone else in line by '18, maybe could for '22, but I wonder if they would.

I'm sure it'll end up in Russia, but it won't surprise me at all if Qatar is out in 2022. If CONCACAF and UEFA actually boycott it, then everybody else would too and it would end up moving. I sort of expect something like that to happen.

Russia will keep it with only 3 years left. Qatar's will be reawarded.

Blatter says he's staying until a replacement is elected. I don't trust him to be gone until it's a done deal. Even then I almost expect him to be gone the same way Putin was gone after he was no longer Prime Minister, gone but still in charge.

I'm looking forward to the World Cup in Russia. The Russian Winter Olympics were very fun because of the joke that was Russia's management of them. I wish Russia managed more things like that. Russia really increases the entertainment value with great comedy.

Russia will keep it because of Poutine.

Really hope they change locations for 2022 but wouldn't be surprised if they didn't.

Waiting for the Onion headline "Putin threatens to invade FIFA if revote on 2018 World Cup."

It won't happen, but I really hope Qatar loses its world cup. Save lives, play on grass, in the summer. Win. Win. Win.
