Decided to post this in the BB forum since we are trying to end a drought in winning in SD in BB that we once had in FB.

In 2019, We beat San Diego State for our first FB win since joining the conference, and it ended a 10 game losing streak against them including 7 in San Diego. Granted, most were from the 70s. But the futility included a crash back to earth after the highs of the win against Boise.

And the ironic thing is that the 2019 San Diego game was won much like the St. Mary's BB game this year, getting a big lead and literally having it be just enough in the end.

A big play early in the 2019 game was a pick six by Shaq Bond.
