Concerns

Post by USUFAN5 » April 29th, 2024, 2:51 pm

While I’m pleasantly surprised how this team is shaping up offensively I’m concerned that we won’t be able to stop teams.

1. We lose Brown who locked down opposing teams best guards.

2. If we lose Osobor we lose our “presence “ in the middle defensively.

3. Losing Sahko hurts as well as he was a great versatile defender.

Fish was abused must of the year and had to foul to make up. Templin looked lost defensively. It the Anderson guy is funk 2.0 ( which I love offensively) it doesn’t help our defensive outlook. I’m hoping Gatereste can help here.

If Osobor doesn’t return I say we make a hard push for Rob Whaley jr.

Is he even in the portal? If not, he only has two days to enter.

We better hurry and get him an offer through the underground.

Didn't Whaley already turn USU down once?

I swear the legend of Sakho keeps growing after people have not watched Sakho for some time. Sakho really struggled, but he had a few highlights and was clutch in a few games.

Wasn’t there a whole thread in the middle of conference play about Great needing basketball lessons, or something like that?
