That’s the guy. He and Cam Martin from Boise could have a shrug off competition that never ended.

You know I’ve come around to i want our conference mates to be strong etc. but in the case of Boise and some of the annoying media members I’m fine with this

I think at this point in the portal, the guys currently entering have either been counseled out/recruited over (like this), or are getting poached by a bigger program (like Agbo).

When I was watching Agbo during our game, I honestly thought he had the most NBA potential of anyone on the course. Size, athleticism, he was a beast. My sample size is small, but I’d love to get him.

I don’t know if anyone is keeping score but between seniors moving on and players leaving through the portal the Mountain West is getting decimated. And I don’t see a lot of impact players moving in. I hope I’m wrong but we are probably a two bid league next year.

Types of portal entrants that might come to USU:

(1) star players from low major conferences.
(2) P5 dudes that didn’t play a ton and are looking for a bigger role.

If the player does not fall into one of these categories, don’t even waste your time thinking about it. Barring some major growth with our NIL, it’ll probably always be so.

It'll be interesting to see how the tournament is affected by transfers.

At first it seemed to be favorable for small programs, but this year was pretty chalky.
