Josh and Ian
Is it me or does Josh and Ian show little to no emotion when out on the court. Almost every time the camera pans to Ian, he looks sad. With Mason being out, we lose that emotional energy. Everyone other than Templin seemed mild mannered against Fresno. I hope Josh or Ian bring some energy and intensity tonight, we are going to need it! Players feed off of each other, and it is truly a blow with Mason out.

Re: Josh and Ian
Maybe they are just more serious or dialed into the game. I tend to see Mason smiling more during games, and he’s more free flowing on the court.Bullnamed_gus wrote: ↑March 15th, 2024, 12:00 pmI see those guys give plenty of emotion and they clearly care

Re: Josh and Ian
This is why we have the record we have. This team doesn't get too high or low. They don't complain to officials, they just play ball.

One thing was very clear yesterday: Mason is our third best player and has a crucial role of creating offense and giving us energy.

That’s what my friends say about my sound system. No highs, no lows, it must be Bose.
I still love Bose.

Re: Josh and Ian
Love what these two bring in terms of competitiveness. So many times this season one or the other has come up with a huge play to change the game. Neither one has played well against SDSU. 3rd times a charm as we are going to need one of them to step up and play big in order to advance.

Re: Josh and Ian
Not only is he a good player but we don’t have much depth when he is out already down Max A.hipsterdoofus21 wrote: ↑March 15th, 2024, 12:51 pmOne thing was very clear yesterday: Mason is our third best player and has a crucial role of creating offense and giving us energy.
If we make it to championship game although the other team will be on less rest and played 1 more game Great and Darius play 99% of the minutes and we just aren’t to deep so most of the guys will have played lots of minutes plus playing against SDSU is 40 minutes of physicality which will also wear on the guys

Re: Josh and Ian
Ian is just calm and composed and I see Uduje mimick that to some extent. This usually leads to making good decisions in game and not making mistakes. I think in general that characterizes Ian. Not that me makes every shot but he usually makes the right decision wherever he is at.

I thought the team this year was going to be the deepest team we've seen in a long time??SpectrumMagic wrote: ↑March 15th, 2024, 2:12 pmNot only is he a good player but we don’t have much depth when he is out already down Max A.hipsterdoofus21 wrote: ↑March 15th, 2024, 12:51 pmOne thing was very clear yesterday: Mason is our third best player and has a crucial role of creating offense and giving us energy.

Max's injury and Burris being a bust ruined any chance of that.Real Life Aggie wrote: ↑March 15th, 2024, 2:40 pmI thought the team this year was going to be the deepest team we've seen in a long time??SpectrumMagic wrote: ↑March 15th, 2024, 2:12 pmNot only is he a good player but we don’t have much depth when he is out already down Max A.hipsterdoofus21 wrote: ↑March 15th, 2024, 12:51 pmOne thing was very clear yesterday: Mason is our third best player and has a crucial role of creating offense and giving us energy.

Re: Josh and Ian
Crazy what 2 injuries will do to depth. As well you had a kid that has gotten sporadic minutes all season come in and play 31 minutes while dropping 16 points. Yeah I'd say this team is pretty deep.Real Life Aggie wrote: ↑March 15th, 2024, 2:40 pmI thought the team this year was going to be the deepest team we've seen in a long time??SpectrumMagic wrote: ↑March 15th, 2024, 2:12 pmNot only is he a good player but we don’t have much depth when he is out already down Max A.hipsterdoofus21 wrote: ↑March 15th, 2024, 12:51 pmOne thing was very clear yesterday: Mason is our third best player and has a crucial role of creating offense and giving us energy.
