Seriously, USU being on that list is just optics. We have close to 0% chance of him coming back.

I stopped caring about his decision as soon as they started throwing around NIL stuff. This isn't what NIL was suppose to be about. Teams are now just paying these players to come. I won't ever agree with this uncontrolled environment.

This might honestly be more cringe than the summer of 2017 when Gordon Hayward was upset that the news of him leaving to Boston got leaked before his nice 'announcement' article was finished.

They should show a booster of the winning team handing him a huge check on camera with a handshake and hat.

There are people a lot more tuned in than BYU Karen who called him 100% to Creighton a week ago. This isn’t news and none of you should tune in

This is everything wrong with NIL. Just make a decision and get back to work. I think it is stupid that HS kids make a big spectacle when they sign. Do something for the University before throwing a celebration.

Kind of like having a farewell for a missionary. Let them actually accomplish something first.

Players have been doing these types of things forever. Only difference is now it is transfers instead of high school players doing it.

That’s respectable. Hope he does well.

Unfortunately he won’t be remembered long term at either school but sooooo glad it’s not the team down south.

Just coming to post the same. Glad it wasn’t BYU, hope he has success but it’s going to be physically tough to compete in that conference with his size.

Agreed it sucks to see him leave but I wish him well at Creighton. He was great leader on the team last year. It sucks to see him leave but i am sure he was offered some good NIL deals at Creighton.
