Has there every been another time with all MWC teams in the Top 200?

Has there every been another time with all MWC teams in the Top 200?

I just saw that Wyoming pulled above 200 (barely) in the NET. Even the Big East, SEC, and Big10 ahead of us have 1-2 teams that are sub-100. It seems kindof extraordinary that (as of right now) only the BigIX and MWC don't have a sub 200 team.

Caveat: that could easily change if Wyoming loses more.
