Strength and Conditioning

Post by TrueAG » September 27th, 2022, 5:16 pm

Any insiders with information on the off season conditioning. Last year we seemed very thin and weak or chubby. Any changes here?

Saw Isaac Johnson in town last week. He is really really tall, but not awfully stout looking. I hope/believe he is really as athletic as we have heard.

Ya’ll remember we played Isaac Johnson last year, right? All I remember was his cheap shot.

Did he just barely get back from his mission when we played him? I don’t know if that is the best indicator of what he can do. A year of practice/playing and another offseason can change a lot.

*correction: we played him at the end of the season. So it’s just been an off-season to make a difference. But I do think it takes an off-season for a returned missionary to fully get his legs back. We’ll see. I’m hopeful.
