Re: Jones v Ashworth
I may be completely off but I see Rylan Jones as the linchpin type that will hold the team together and “run the show”. I see Ashworth more as the boost of energy that will likely come off the bench and provide a needed spark. Though not a perfect example, think of Conley vs Clarkson.

Re: Jones v Ashworth
I could see Max and Rylan Pushing for starting PG Steven off the bench as a change of pace. Last year Max was going to be Rollie's backup until he got sick before the season started and lost his mojo. I would expect the same this year.

I'll be surprised if Max is good enough to push Rylan for the starting spot. That would be great for the team though.

Mad Max our starting PG? I thought he was a backup small forward with a bad haircut3rdGenAggie wrote: ↑June 9th, 2021, 3:36 pmI'll be surprised if Max is good enough to push Rylan for the starting spot. That would be great for the team though.
Re: Jones v Ashworth
I am reserving judgement on Ashworth until this next season. Last season he had just barely come home from his mission. If Stew was correct in his returned missionary statement, he needs at least a year to acclimate and build strength and timing. I am expecting to see some noticeable improvement from Ashworth this season.
