No doubt he missed on some of his top transfer targets.
He will need to get a great 2022 recruiting class if he is going to do really well there. Right now he doesn't have the talent to compete in the Pac 12. If the Utes finish 6th next year, he'll have done an excellent job.

He certainly did in Logan. But he had Sam and struck gold with Neemias. I'm not sure he has any guys of that caliber on his current roster + playing in a deeper conference.
