I thought it was determined that it was the Strength Coach, not the Manager that got the T?
Either way, he is probably moving on with his life after having been honored on Senior Night as a graduating member of the team.

Morty's is a solid start, but if he's not cleaning the sink multiple times each week, he's not making any progress.
