So does Rylan Jones stick around now? All his numbers dropped drastically between his freshman and sophomore year.

He's in for an eye opening season. Wish he would've stayed, but having watched the tourney I realized we need to get much quicker and athletic at the guard spots.

Yes- I never want to wish an injury, and I do hope he is successful in life. However, I can't ever bring myself to cheer for the UoU. It wouldn't matter if they had a coaching staff of Jaycee Carroll, Jeffrey R. Holland, and Abraham Lincoln (I know that's not possible)- I'd still hope they'd lose every game.
For now, good luck to Rollie in all he does, except for basketball games at the U. Thanks for the highlights this past year.

Yep. Hope he has a happy life and all the success in the world. . . except on the basketball court in a Ute uniform. Everyone expected this. Rollie helped us in getting another NCAA tournament, and he is a Craig Smith guy not really a Ute or Aggie. Let's keep this NCAA tournament run going with Odom.

I wish him well. Rollie was a good player. Seemed to work hard, etc. However, I don't see him as a "generational talent" that can't be replaced. I didn't see the instant impact of someone like JC Carroll for example. He can be replaced. I don't think we need to over value him just because he followed his coach to the U.

Rollie will be fine in the Pac 12, he is good player. That said, he probably come off the bench and play behind Rylan Jones because Ryan Jones is a better player. He will play less minutes at Utah than he did at Utah State.

He did help us get to the tournament, but was awful playing against the better competition. I think he is going to be eaten alive against the really quick and athletic teams.

I guess I'm in the minority. People are clamoring for Odom to bring UMBC guys here, but Smith is a douche for bringing Rollie with him. The only difference is Utah is living rent free in people's heads.

Don’t they already have a bunch of guards? Hard to see Smith using another scholarship on another guard but what do I know?
