VCU has had a few players test positive and was knocked out of the NCAA Tourney. Devastating way to end this season. Oregon just advances.

So what is the rule on replacement schools? Did they need to drop out by yesterday or Thursday?

They've already announced no replacements at this point and I'm sure they're removing teams from the bubble immediately after losing. Even in a normal year teams fly home right after losing.
