Idaho falls freshman.
6’6” 230 lb freshman out of Idaho falls. I’m sure we have interest in the kid already.
Re: Idaho falls freshman.
While I can't attest to his basketball ability, I do know personally that he and his parents could be a problem off the court. Just my two bits.

I also know personally that his dad is a very big Aggie fan. I really do not know him, so I dont know if he would be a problem, or even what that means. However, my wife took a class from him while at BYU-I(before transferring to USU) and is friends with him on facebook, he seems like a nice enough guy. They guy only posts about his sons basketball or utah state sports.

Re: Idaho falls freshman.
WTF, why couldn't I be that big as a HS freshman? If this guy sticks with it and hits it hard, he's going to be getting some BIG TIME offers imo.

Re: Idaho falls freshman.
Though from what I can tell the kid also likes BYU. So who knows. I think we have a chance because of his dad, he posted a picture of Issac at a USU game with Craig Smith a while back. I could also see the kid getting bigger offers though.LarryTheAggie wrote: ↑February 11th, 2021, 4:51 amI also know personally that his dad is a very big Aggie fan. Re: Idaho falls freshman.
Some neighbors growing up were big time Aggies, but they'd moved recently from Utah County. Because they had lived down there, one of their sons was a big Zoobs fan, despite the parents.2004AG wrote: ↑February 11th, 2021, 7:28 amHis dad can't be that big of an Aggie fan then.....LarryTheAggie wrote: ↑February 11th, 2021, 7:21 amThough from what I can tell the kid also likes BYU. The best way to get him here is to bad mouth his parents on the internet.

Seriously, the parents are good people. And as for saying that he might be a problem off the court, lets remember that the kid is currently a FRESHMAN in high school so lets not judge a kid for off court issues that happened in MIDDLE SCHOOL.

His dad has posted some more highlights of his, if you look at other videos that he has posted. Exciting to see how he develops. Hopefully in an Aggie jersey!

I can't cheer for him unless he transfers to Idaho Falls HS. Hillcrest is ok, and as long as he's not at Skyline we can be in the same room, but he needs to be in orange and black for now.

There is a freshman at Pocatello High school who has already turned them around. Julian Bowie is one USU needs to get after.

This kid is apparently a big BYU fan, as per his dad posting on Cooterboard. Don’t like our chances.

Re: Idaho falls freshman.
Given that this kid lives in BYU-Idaho's shadow and has a dad that works there, I can see why there might be an unfortunate connection with BYU-Provo. There may or may not actually be pictures of me during high school wearing a BYU hat....I was young, naive and have repented of those silly and short lived ideas. Hopefully this young man will come to his senses as well.
