Not bad. I thought they might let him bring the ball up, but oh well. He looked calm for his first minutes in the NBA.

The step back three he hit was nasty 
I think he played great in the minutes he had. Blocked a shot, got to his spots, didn’t look hectic!

They ran another pick and roll with Sam defending. Looked like Sam got a piece of the mid range shot playing over the guys right shoulder.

Sam will be just fine. He's had no off-season to speak of and very little training camp. He's got the skills to stick in the league a decade or more.
