If!
If the teams that are playing college football are succesful does that make it more likely that we will see a full basketball season? I am watching FCs football tonight, i have to believe if these teams are successful it will open the doors for basketball or at least i am hoping.

Re: If!
I posted this elsewhere, that teams successfully completing the football season would likely send a message that basketball is doable seeing as how protecting 15 players and 6 coaches should be easier than protecting 85 players and 20 coaches. That said, the nature of basketball being indoors would make it harder to allow even 25 percent capacity arenas than football.

Re: If!
I doubt a full season, but we'll have a season in some capacity. I do believe the other football conferences that played did a good service for other college sports. Had they all shut down, there would have been a greater chance of them just continuing to kick the can down the road.Aggie84025 wrote: ↑August 29th, 2020, 9:11 pmIf the teams that are playing college football are succesful does that make it more likely that we will see a full basketball season?
