CBS Sports

Post by andytheaggie » February 11th, 2020, 4:49 pm

I'm going to be flying during the game tonight, and I'm trying to decide if I should try my flight's high speed internet or wait and watch it on replay after I land. Does anyone know if CBS Sports has replays available? I haven't been able to find anything, but maybe I'm looking in the wrong places.

CBS Sports doesn't have replays but you can check the Download forum later. Internet on flights is occasionally fast enough to stream video but usually it isn't.

How fast does the video bot get replays up? I have something during the second half, but was hoping to come home and watch the second half at 10:30 (9:30 Utah time). Would it be up 30 minutes after the game for me to download and watch?

That's what I figured... It's 2020, I can't believe CBS doesn't offer replays!

My flight has the latest Gogo 2Ku, and the speeds are advertised as 15 Mbps. Who knows if I would actually get that or not, and I'm hesitant to spend the $20 to try it out. I'll just wait and download it after my flight. Thanks!

First Half should be up sometime during the 2nd half. 2nd half within an hour.

Update: I decided to buy an hour of Internet on my flight to see how well the stream would work. It definitely doesn't stream in HD, but the quality is good enough to see what's going on. Overall I'm pretty happy with the service, and will definitely use it in the future if ever I fly during a game again. Awesome to be able to stream the Aggies from 30,000 ft!
