This is an interesting one. Transferred from pacific last year and looks like he sat out. Averaged 10 ppg his soph year at pacific.

Re: Recruiting
Surprising. I mean BYU is legitimately talking like they have a chance at a national championship and this would have fed into it. I mean they did sign a 8 pt per game big man from Purdue that suddenly is going to make them unstoppable.
I wonder if pope is going to celebrate my winning a championship again this year in a preseason team scrimmage. Or maybe they should focus on practicing in the preseason shaking hands after losing their first game in the conference tournament.

Re: Recruiting
They'll probably pull what UCF did in football a few years ago and just declare themselves the National Champions no matter what happens this year.slcagg wrote: ↑May 27th, 2020, 2:25 pmSurprising. Re: Recruiting
They’ve already declared themselves national champions from this season. Started doing it the second the tournament was cancelled.VegasBornAggie wrote: ↑May 27th, 2020, 4:09 pmThey'll probably pull what UCF did in football a few years ago and just declare themselves the National Champions no matter what happens this year.slcagg wrote: ↑May 27th, 2020, 2:25 pmSurprising. Re: Recruiting
Except UCF was the actual national champion. Undefeated season. BYU is only perennial preseason national champions. That's why they rush the court before any games are played. Makes perfect sense to me.VegasBornAggie wrote: ↑May 27th, 2020, 4:09 pmThey'll probably pull what UCF did in football a few years ago and just declare themselves the National Champions no matter what happens this year.slcagg wrote: ↑May 27th, 2020, 2:25 pmSurprising. We have learned from recent experience that there is no better indicator of the quality of an player than how impressively they can dunk on an undersized rim.

Re: Recruiting
The real question is - is there any way we could convince TIMMY ALLEN to come play for us (and beg the NCAA for a waiver)? Hasn't he also declared for the draft?VegasBornAggie wrote: ↑May 25th, 2020, 1:07 pm

Re: Recruiting
I know your post is totally tongue in cheek and I found it funny my Aggie brother. I don't think there is a quality grad transfer left that can help us. I'm starting to lean toward keeping the scholarship just for the sake of balancing out the classes. We probably only have two to give next year and the one we currently have open can be considered spoken for by returning missionary Cade Potter.

There will still be some grad transfers emerging as summer school mini semesters end.
