Brock Miller is tied with Brian Green for 3 pointers made in his career.

Post by ProvoAggie » February 6th, 2020, 10:40 am

They are both tied at the #10 spot with 129 3 pointers made.
http://www.usustats.com/records/career/3fgmade

Miller has attempted 375 of them, Green only ever attempted 268...Miller has over 100 more attempts with the same number of makes.

That is both shocking and unsurprising at all

Green was a great shooter. 48%? That's crazy.

I wish I could watch Brian Green in Hawaii many years ago. That one was crazy good.

There was one against New Mexico State that I loved, too. Hit a couple of 3s in a row and got a steal where he went behind the back when the defender went all in on an attempt to steal it back. The spectrum was rocking. Good times.

I was thinking about that very thing. I even pulled up the box score from that game - a 2OT Aggie victory. Green was not going to let the Aggies lose that night. Amazingly, he was only 3-8 from three in that game (I thought he made more and at a higher percentage, but I'm old and don't remember things correctly). He did lead the Ags in scoring with 22 points. He was determined to win that game.

It wasn't so much how many he had that game as when he had them. He had the 2 pointer at the end of regulation to tie the game, the 3 at the end of overtime to send it to 2 OT and also scored the last 4 points for USU.

Brian Green was great because he picked his spots knew his role.

The difference between a good photographer and a bad one is that a good photographer never shows people all of their pictures.

Was hiking Little Mountain NW of Brigham several years back. Walk by some brush and about 50 of the little suckers jumped up and scattered in all directions. About gave me a heart attack.

Haven't had it since I was a preteen. Don't remember how it tasted, but it was awfully boney.

This recipe looks promising: https://honest-food.net/wild-game/pheas ... partridge/

They sure can give you a jolt. I have twice gone 5 for 5 on a covey of chukar.

I like the Huns too. I used to find the Huns in the Newton area.

Hey, I have a boy named Covey.
Well technically, it's Covington. In homage to Covington Cormier.

I'd take a Quayle over a chukar.
