Last year we were able to sneak up on a few teams, now that we have a bit of a bullseye on our back, not sure this team is talented enough to handle the load night in and night out

Maybe they will start taking us less seriously now that we have dropped some games.

I don’t buy into this theory. We had some decent hype coming into conference play based on our OOC play. Based on our OOC we were sitting at the top 3 of the conference at least. We got beat down by Nevada but it was clear we were a top team pretty early on. So most of conference play, we were a top team. We took teams best shots for most of that time. We have had hype this year and took Florida and LSU and BYU and St. Mary’s best shots. All those games were competitive. No, something has changed just recently. Don’t know what it is.

Bullseye or no bullseye air force and unlv are bad teams who ran us out of the gym. Those were bad losseshowever you slice it. Hope the team can recover. Still a lot of hoop to turn this thing around.

Yup, we didn’t even compete against bad teams. I don’t buy this.

I dont know what is wrong, but a few weeks with we were playing toe to toe with top 50 teams. I hope we can get it figured out.

This excuse is the first cousin to the "we are their superbowl" excuse. I hate both.
