...BYU’s best season in memory was derailed when their admin placed Brandon Davies on Fornication Probation. And those BYU-P lightweights are still crying over how we mocked him/them for it.

Wait people are still crying over it? I haven't seen any of that. The only thing I've heard about it recently is us complaining about the apology curse.

Also, I'd much rather us have won last night. This is a crap consolation prize. Who gives a rip if Brandon Davies did whatever/whoever a decade ago. We have to beat BYU, multiple times in the near future to get any sense of normalcy.

Yep unfortunately we haven't beat byu since. Until we beat byu it will be a curse we'll have to deal with. I'm not a Red Sox fan, but I can sympathize with their pain after what we have gone through the last 8 years with our curse.

As a symbol of BYU, I get what you mean. But I can't bring myself to find mirth in someone chained with those demons anymore. Addiction is real, man, and I wouldn't wish it on even the people I hate the most.

There's always next year. Or, more importantly, let's do great and win a game or two in the tourney. That'll show them when they fizzle out in the first round.
