Every time I check on this thread I’m holding my breathe and hoping that it hasn’t been cancelled. I guess it’s good we’re there and cleared to play but I’ll believe it’s happening when the games are being played. Even then I’ll be worried about it abruptly ending.

So recent articles show our non-conf schedule as follows:

Nov 25-27: Bad Boy Classic (3 games)
Dec 5: BYU
Dec 8: TBA (still looking)
Dec 12: @ Weber State
Dec 15: Dixie State

Then on Dec 21 we start conference play by hosting San Jose State.

To be honest I would like to get a game in on Dec 1st or 2nd in addition to the Dec 8th game. Maybe against a lesser opponent. I think another game would help us prepare for BYU more than having 8 days off. I really want to beat them this year.
December 12th has also been announced as the Saint Mary's game and Saint Mary's still has that game on their schedule. If we play both Saint Mary's and Weber then one will have to be moved up. Saint Mary's is busy for the first part of December but Weber has an empty schedule.

I would go with the most recent which is Weber State.

It work great if we could move Weber up to Dec 8th and then keep Saint Mary's for Dec 12th. As you said, it appears Weber is open on the 8th but Saint Mary's has a game that day (UTEP) already.

Dixie State will have to wait a little longer to make its NCAA Division I debut.

DSU Athletic officials announced on Friday that the Trailblazers' 2020-21 season home opener vs. in-state foe Weber State scheduled for this Saturday, Nov. 28, has been canceled due to a possible COVID-19 case within the WSU program.

Dixie State will look to officially begin its NCAA Division I era at home vs. North Dakota on Wednesday, Dec. 2. Tip-off inside the Burns Arena is set for 7 p.m.

Both Weber State and St. Mary's sites still have the Dec. 12th date on their sites.

Split squad, like spring training baseball. We've got 16 guys, go for it.

Team Blue: Keep Queta, Anderson, Miller, Worster, Shulga, Bairstow, Stastny and Karwowski in Logan to play the Gaels.

Team White: Send Bean, Dorius, Zapala, Anthony, Ashworth, McChesney, Vedischev and Wickiser to Ogden to play the Weebs.

(threadjacking here, but who would you take in a Blue v. White matchup?)

Nobody here knows anything.

I was thinking the same thing and above joke about the very same thing when we had San Jose State and Mississippi State on the same day.

I still think we should do both of those games in the same day. The Mississippi State game was at 11:00 Mountain. Move it a bit earlier and charter a flight back for a late night San Jose tip off.

College of Idaho on December 8 with 1600 fans and Weber State is on December 12 (Tweet is wrong). No fans for the Weber game but it's on KJZZ.

You put the Yotes game as a football game.

Based on what I saw last night I'm not sure it would be a win.

Does this mean St. Marry's is out then? Man, with this watered-down scheduled, even IF we were to win the rest of our games, I doubt we'd get an at-large!

St Mary's is being postponed until next year. Honestly St. Mary's isn't a team that would push us from on the bubble to in this year anyway. It's a weird year with a weird schedule that is very fluid.
